Please note: Returns are only possible if the products are returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging . In this case, you must cover the shipping costs. For hygienic reasons, returns of opened or used goods are not possible.

Shipping and Delivery
If your order was damaged during delivery, please contact us at office@neosino.at within 24 hours of receiving your order to claim your transport insurance.
Otherwise, this may affect your claim with the transport insurance and result in no compensation being paid.
In Austria, your order usually arrives within 1-3 business days .
In Germany, usually 2-5 business days.
For other countries, it takes a little longer depending on the destination – you can see the exact delivery time in your shipping confirmation with tracking link.
However, you can never guarantee 100% – sometimes a package takes the long way around the world before it arrives comfortably at your home.
